We stand behind the quality of our outdoor gear and offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Whether it is a lightweight chair or a portable cot, we want to ensure you have the perfect setup for your next adventure.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused gear back in its original Helinox carrying case and secure it in the shipping box with all original tags attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
